In addition to the bicycle models we offer, Excel-Lance Sports offers a unique custom bike assembly service where you actively participate in the design of your bicycle. Frame, components, accessories, colors, and finish—every choice is yours and reflects your style.

Your selections are then integrated into our virtual pre-positioning software for analysis. This crucial step allows us to validate the frame size and the exact dimensions of the components to be ordered.

Ultimately, you leave with a unique bike, crafted to your specifications and assembled locally with impeccable expertise according to the highest industry standards.

Choice of materials; hubs, spokes, rim profile, and spoke pattern, our team guides you in selecting components and advises you to create wheels perfectly suited to your riding style.

Our wheels are designed to offer lightness, stiffness, and durability, whether for road bikes, gravel bikes, or mountain bikes (XC and Enduro).
Local and rigorous manufacturing:
Each wheel is assembled according to the highest industry standards and delivered with a certificate of conformity and quality guarantee. Our assembly process incorporates a strict protocol for applying key measurements: lateral and radial rim tolerances, hub centering, and spoke tension.

As a Quebec-based manufacturer of high-performance bicycles and wheels, Excel-Lance Sports leverages its expertise to support retailers looking to offer reliable, high-performance, affordable bikes tailored to their customers' needs. Our mission is to build strong, lasting partnerships based on the quality of our products and the rigor of our support.
With a minimum order quantity, your bikes are delivered fully assembled anywhere in Quebec, Ontario, and the Maritime provinces. This approach significantly reduces your assembly labor requirements.

In addition, we offer a dedicated retailer service that includes technical assistance, comprehensive documentation, and training.

Our purchase process
The standard timeframe for the entire purchasing process generally ranges from 4 to 6 weeks.
Step 1: Analysis and Validation
After sending your bicycle model selection, size, and color preferences to info@excel-lance.ca, you will receive a quote from our analysis department within 24 hours of receipt. The quote will specify the frame size and the dimensions of the selected components.
Step 2: Ordering the Frame and Components
​After your purchase is confirmed, we order your frame directly from the manufacturer, along with all the necessary assembly parts. Depending on the frame color chosen and the number of suppliers involved, the delivery time for all components typically ranges from 2 to 5 weeks.
Step 3: Assembly and Adjustments
Once all the parts have been received, please allow 5 to 7 days for the assembly of your bicycle. During this stage, our technician will use data from our pre-positioning software to configure the bicycle and adjust it precisely to your body shape.
Step 4: Delivery
For the final step, we will arrange a time to personally deliver your bicycle to you. We can travel to a predetermined location within a 200km radius of Quebec City.
